Fantastic opportunity for the Provincial Squad and Canada Winter Games athletes to train together!

 

It will be a Jam-Packed day! With2 x Judo sessions, a meeting with our Canada Winter Games Mission Staff, Bruce Craven, and a Mental Performance Session with Lisa Hoffart.

 

Tentative Schedule:

 

9:30 AM - 11:00Am Judo, Technical/Drilling & Randori

 

11:15 AM Meeting with Bruce

 

Lunch

 

1-2PM Mental Performance Session with Lisa

 

2:15PM-4:15Pm Judo, Technical, Drilling, Transition, Randori
