Congrats to Jack MacDonald-BRONZE (U14-46kg) and Tyler Kostron-BRONZE (U18-66kg). Double SILVER for Ross Kostron in the Kata Competition Friday evening!!

Swift Current Provincial Tournament

Avonhurst Judo Club members travelled to Swift Current to compete in the provincial tournament on February 18th, 2017.  Not only did we have a great group of athletes, but several members volunteered part of their day to referee too.

Vibank Beginner Tournament

The Vibank Beginner Tournament held on February 4th, was a great opporunity for our Judoka to apply their skills againt other novice competitors.  We also had several of our older Judoka try their skills at refereeing. 

Our competitors included:

U10-U12's:  Sahara, Cyrus, Anna, Eldon, Noelle, Makai, Kristian

U14-U16's:  Caleb-SILVER, Carson-GOLD, Jack-SILVER,
